Prices

* Apartments will be finished with: floors with laminated parquet, carpets or wooden parquet, walls are smooth-plastered and latex painted, windows have PVC frames with double glass windows, doors with laminated MDF and locks, light outlets, installed electric bodies, keys and sockets, installation for cable TV and telephone-Internet line; bathroom and WC: bathroom and toilet with faience and terracotta, wash-basin with stand and mirror, lavatory pan, shower cabin or tub, mixing taps, light and electricity outlets.

* 3000 € minimal deposit fee required to remove the apartment from sales list for a period of 10 days.

* Payment plan: 30% on concluding the prliminary contract + 30% when the roof is complete + 30% when construction works are entirely finished + 10% when operation permission is issued.

* Construction works are scheduled for completion by 30 June 2008, while accommodation of residents is expected to begin after 30 July 2008.
