Konstantinovo

Konstatntinovo vicinity is conveniently located just 10 kilometers form Varna centre and approximately same distance from Varna international airport. You just cross Asparuhovo bridge, and the way leads you south to the ecological and quiet Konstantinovo villa area, just one kilometers away from Varna Lake and 2-3 kilometers way from some of the cleanest beach of Cape Galata. Another advantage of the location that I just can't miss is the marvellous view - in good weather you can see whole city of Varna - fascinating experience both at day and night time. Moreover, compared to the urban parts of the city, this vicinity is remarkable for the cooler, slightly humid climate, even in hotest summer days.

At the moment, the road from Varna to the villa area is being renovated and extanded. Hourse riding terrain is being constructed in Konstantinovo and a modern villa complex is to be completed by the middle of 2006.

The most contemporary factory for fish processsing and preserving on the Balkan Peninsula is one of the businesses this area takes pride in and depends on. Moreover, they are building a new base for hourse - racing there (hourse sport) in Bulgarian, the one they jump over obstacles. Also, as they have plenty of unbuilt green spaces, those are now going to be built with small house complexes, so with the increase in population there, the prices willl be growing. Quite a few English families own their homes in Konstantinovo, which total population is about 1100 people.
