One of the main positive effect of world financial crisis is the fact that the process of self-regulating on real estate market in Bulgaria became more evident. Especially it touched prices on apartments and studios on skiing resorts. Purchase of an apartment on a skiing resort is not a dream or luxury any more. There are regions where price on recreation accommodation fell 50 % during the year. Market analysis shows that during the last months prices on houses and apartments in Bulgaria became more attractive and affordable. For example, prices for a new complex on a skiing resort “Bansko” fell 37% and now its minimal cost is 35 000 million euros. For this price the buyer gets a cozy flat with all conveniences and some extra services such as a pool, sauna, fitness etc. Apartments are with finished premises; sometimes furniture and electric appliance are included in the price. The view on surrounding mountains is always splendid. Many complexes are not far from skiing runs and it’s very comfortable.
