In Varna District solely more than 70 hotels are being sold. Among them are four-star hotels on the resort “Golden Sands”. Almost all of the hotels are at work now and they receive the clients. Several preconstruction small hotels or hotels which are almost built have been put for sale. The greatest number of offers are small family-run hotels among them some have four-stars.

All hotel prices are in euros, besides 14 offers have a price above one million. The highest announced price (15 million euros) was for the group of apartments on “Golden Sands”. This housing complex is now being built, the project has 4 stars, has its own spa-center, restaurants, cafes, outdoor and indoor pools and a park.
Another four-star complex on the first line resort is sold for 14.2 million euros.
On the “Golden Sands” you can also buy three-star hotel with 232 rooms, a restaurant for 200 people and a spa-center. Investment is as much as 13 million euros.
In the resort areas near Varna villas and family6-run hotels are sold within the price band from 300 000 up to 500 000 euros.
The greatest number of hotels for sale (17 projects) is on the “Golden Sands”. On the resort “St. Constantine and Elena” 15 hotels are for sale. In the resort district of Varna “Aliy Mak” there are 11 projects to sell. In the district “Journalist” and “Evksinograd” - 5 and 8 respectively.
There are hotels for sale on the resort “Sunny day”, in the districts Trakata, Monastyrskiy ryd, Borovets and Priboy and also in Pruseltsy, in Byala and Shkorpilovtsy city resorts.
The minimal price for the hotel at a sale is the cost of three-story villa in Varna residential district – 210 000 euros.
The price for a square meter of a built-up area ranges from 350 up to 2321 euros per square meter. Judging by the information in ads from the internet, the majority of projects are in the price bracket “beyond 1000 euro per square meter”.
